Running the school is not an easy task, especially because teachers have to get paid, the children have to be fed twice a day which are the only meals most of them get in a day, cooks have to be paid, a social worker has to be paid, and also transportation has to be provided every now and then from Lodwar town to the school, which is a long 2-hour drive through the desert.
